The Michelini family have been producing wines in Northern Italy since 1851. Also originating from the Trentino region, the Fragola grape is used to produce a slightly sparkling wine displaying the colour, aroma and flavour of strawberry (Fragola is Italian for strawberry). In Australia, we choose to produce a dessert style wine, also displaying strawberry fruit characters.

Serving Suggestions

Serve well chilled, with fresh fruit, cheeses, chocolate mud cake or anything normally enjoyed with fresh strawberries.
