We endeavor to despatch all of our wine orders within 48 hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised. In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.

Delivery charges are determined by your delivery location.

All deliveries unless local are via Australia Post or Fastways for metropolitan areas.
All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes.
If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office.
Delivery will need to be signed for and identification is required.

Delivery to capital cities is within 5 - 7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia) may take up to 12 working days.  

All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit.

For those who live locally, we use our local courier service.

• $15.00 per case (12 bottles) to within both Victoria and New South Wales
• $30.00 per case (12 bottles) to within South Australia
• $35.00 per case (12 bottles) to Queensland & Western Australia
  
• $40.00 per case to within Tasmania and Northern Territory
