	Tasting Notes With deep red colour, the nose displays violet fruit and Christmas pudding notes. On the palate, a depth of richness of flavour not commonly seen in this variety, followed by firm drying oak and fruit tannins and outstanding length. Serving suggestions Cellar for up to 10 years, and enjoy with beef spezzatino (Italian stew).
