	Tasting Notes Fermented entirely without oak influence to preserve the fresh fruit characters, this wine has pale straw colour and an abundance of peach and melon fruit characters. These carry through to the palate with persistent stonefruit flavours and a crisp finish. Best enjoyed in the year of vintage Serving Suggestions A fresh crisp wine perfect with any fresh seafood dishes, especially tuna, swordfish or crab.
