EMO MICHELINI WINE CLUB

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering a Emo Michelini Wine Club Pack, you authorise Michelini Wines to enrol you in the Emo Michelini Wine Club and to debit your credit card with the cost of your wine packs as they occur. 

You certify that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licenced person.                            

You acknowledge that you will automatically receive Emo Michelini Wine Club packs twice a year and that you may skip or cancel your deliveries at any time after the delivery of the first (1) pack and prior to the despatch of any future packs. Additionally, you will notify Michelini Wines of any change of address details as they occur.

Membership to the Wine Club is restricted to persons over the age of 18 years.

THE WINE CLUB 
The Emo  Michelini Wine Club is owned and operated by Vallunga Pty Limited.  

CREDIT CARD Credit cards details are provided for the purpose of the wine packs and their delivery costs only. All details are maintained with strict confidentiality. Members can make additional purchases using the credit card provided on file.  

MEMBERSHIP COSTS Members will be charged for the cost of the two wine packs per year, any additional wine purchases requested and delivery charges. 

Important Note: The wine club reserves the right to increase freights cost for the delivery of membership packs in accordance with any future increase in costs from our freight providers.  Members should check the website occasionally for freight cost changes. 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
Membership may be cancelled at any time after the first (1) pack has been delivered. Cancellation must be received in writing or email prior to the next wine pack despatch

DESPATCH AND DELIVERIES

We endeavor to despatch all of our wine orders within 48 hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised. In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.
Delivery charges are determined by your delivery location. All deliveries unless local are via Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery will need to be signed for and identification is required.

Delivery to capital cities is within 5 - 7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia) may take up to 12 working days.  

All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is the utmost importance to us. The wine club will NOT sell, distribute or release any of your personal details to any third party organisation. Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than that stipulated for the use of your wine club membership. We will use the details provided by you to process, pack and deliver your membership wines to you only.
